When you contact us, we will invite you to share as much information about your "vision" as you can. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish and allow us to do the same of you.

We will arrange to meet with you (and your interior designer/contractor) at your home or project site, bringing with us our portfolio, samples of faux finishes we think might interest you, and any reference material specific to the ideas we initially discussed on the phone. We will discuss your needs in further detail, and likely take pictures and measurements.

You eed to know - we're brutally honest. Yes, it's true. Sometimes we will talk a client out of a faux finish, believing it would be too much, or just doesn't work well. A decorative finish might not be right for your space - and we will tell you that, instead of creating a look you won't be happy with in the long run.

When we mutually agree to proceed, using either a sample we already have, or one we develop just for you, we will work up an estimate for you, based on a total job rate. But please, don't expect an immediate job quote. After all, Bello Spazio is creating a one-of-a-kind look, personalized for you and your space.

Because of the cost of developing customized samples, we require a small deposit for these. Once you choose to use our services for your complete project, we will deduct the costs of the custom sample board(s) from the final price.

Since your input is important to the final product, we may find we need to tweak those samples for you, or create additional ones, in order to develop the right finish for the right room.

Once you receive your estimate, we'll review it with you, as well as the stages and timeline for your specific project. We'll continue to meet with you and your design partners to create a finalized design plan.

Due to the custom nature of our work, things are based on a first come, first served basis. We understand delays in construction and will work with as much flexibility as we can, and ask the same of you.
