Bello Spazio enjoys creating looks that evoke moods of antiquity and whimsy!

Using traditional and non-traditional approaches, we transform an everyday space into a unique look with personality. As visionary artists and skilled technicians, we weave a artist's sensibility and keen eye for color in customized effects for walls, floors, ceilings, and furniture.

Our palette of techniques and colors is only limited by imagination.

We specialize in plasters which re-create the look of aged and lime-washed Tuscan walls. Our aged stone and glaze treatments look amazing on fireplaces and on stove hoods.

Our designs in crumbling brick have been so realistic that a client's architect expressed surprise at finding it to be a faux texture! (Unlike many of our peers, we do not use tape for grout lines, instead preferring to create each brick and the surrounding textures by hand.)

We excel at replicating aged leather and at distressing and staining beams and mantels.

In addition to Venetian plasters, we offer a gorgeous alternative: “Lusterstone”, which we custom-tint and often emboss, as well as stencil.

We sometimes incorporate collage and mixed media into our work, using items "special" to our clients, such as found objects, antique textiles and sheet music.
